| How often do Plankton events occur?
Plankton tours in Portugal are held throughout the entire Year. Plankton tours in São Tomé e Principe are mainly in March-June due to optimal weather conditions, but we will make dates available throughout the entire year. |
| What is a normal day on Plankton event?
We will be at the first location very early in the morning in search of the absolute best hours of light. After lunch and socializing, we will be on our way to the next location of choice. Each day we will have two different locations and a variety of photographic textures. We also will have resting moments. We'll end the day with a wonderful meal and gastrony experience. You'll get to taste the delicious food of Portugal. |
| Who can participate in Plankton events?
Everybody can participate, as long as you are older than 18 years old. |
What is included in the price?

| Who are our team models?
Most of our team models, have already shooted and participated on Plankton photo events before; experienced nude fine art artists, with an extensive photography curriculum and mostly passionate about creating photo art. |
| Will I have cell reception?
Most of the locations are covered although a few spots may still not have the signal. |
| Do I need to be in top physical shape to attend?
All preselected locations provide photographers different variety of options, some harder to reach than the others, but we will program it accordingly to the needs of anyone. Most of our locations are less than 30 minutes walk away from the car. For our shootings we highly recommend waterproof shoes and/or walking shoes in the uneven terrain. We will bring plenty of water, and plan to do frequent rest stops. |
| What should be my photography level in order to attend?
No level required. Beginners may learn some “tricks” from the more experienced members of the tour, while the advanced ones can work as they wish at their own personal pace. |
| Do I need to rent any local vehicle?
While on tour, and the pick up from the starting point, are included in the price. |
| Where will we be staying and sleeping?
At local accommodations, hostels and hotels. |
| Do I need to know how to swim?
For certain adventures photo sites, swimming is required, but it is not a mandatory condition. We will organize the photo events previously taking into consideration your personal needs. |
| How many hours of shooting should I plan for daily?
Average 4-5 hours a day for shooting. The rest of day for walking, resting and lunch and/or dinner. |
| Can I film on Plankton photo tours?
The participants are totally free to create any kind of images they like, including filming. |
| For Plankton Photoshoots, what should I bring with me?
Please bring with you: water, waterproof shoes, hiking pants and shoes, 2 t-shirts, swimming suits, beach towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and optional hicking trekking poles. |
